Overview

This boutique journey invites you to discover Albania through its most authentic and refined experiences — where warm hospitality, exceptional food and wine, and timeless landscapes take center stage. Designed for travelers who value atmosphere over crowds and depth over speed, this tour blends rural charm, UNESCO heritage, and coastal beauty into a carefully curated escape.

Your journey begins in the fertile countryside of northern Albania, where family-run agritourisms and local traditions set the tone. In the village of Fishtë, acclaimed culinary experiences and vineyard dinners introduce you to Albania’s rich gastronomic heritage, followed by peaceful moments along the shores of Lake Shkodra and in traditional rural communities.

Continuing south, the historic elegance of Berat unfolds — a UNESCO World Heritage town where stone houses, castle walls, and vineyard-covered hills create a postcard-perfect setting. Staying at intimate countryside accommodations, you enjoy slow mornings, tastings of local wines and raki, and the freedom to choose between gentle adventures, culinary immersion, or pure relaxation in nature.

The route winds through southern Albania’s most scenic landscapes to the green valley of Përmet, where thermal baths, river views, and traditional villages invite you to slow down even further. Ottoman architecture comes alive in Gjirokastra, a beautifully preserved “museum city” where history and daily life intertwine within stone streets and grand houses.

The final chapter of the journey unfolds along the Albanian Riviera. Ancient history at Butrint, the mesmerizing Blue Eye Spring, panoramic coastal roads, and secluded beaches combine to create a sense of understated luxury. Boutique seaside accommodations offer space to unwind before returning to Tirana, a vibrant and creative capital that perfectly balances tradition and modern life.

Thoughtfully paced and rich in local encounters, this boutique tour reveals Albania at its most elegant, authentic, and personal — a journey defined by flavors, stories, and moments that stay with you long after you return home.
